There is no need to set up a company. You only register the trademark and the product is governed by the regulations of the country of origin. Zeumat Impex imports the product on behalf of the foreign company.

TRADITIONAL SYSTEM
You need to set up a company in China for the import and sales process. The product has to comply with Chinese regulations.
